How do I book a wash?
Go to Find, pick a wash near you, choose your vehicle type and service, pick a time, and pay with M-Pesa. It takes under a minute.
How do I track my booking?
After booking, you're taken straight to the live tracker. You can also find any active booking under My Washes, or reopen the link we sent you.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, for free, any time before your wash has started (status 'Booked' or 'Queued'). Open the booking and tap Cancel.
What if the M-Pesa payment fails?
You can retry, or choose to pay on arrival at the wash instead — your booking is still confirmed.
Do I need an account?
No — you can book and track as a guest using just your phone number. Creating an account saves your history and vehicles for next time.
How do I install CaspaHub on my phone?
Open caspahub-booking.vercel.app on your phone's browser and follow the install prompt, or see the step-by-step guide at /install.
