The service
CaspaHub lets you find, book, and pay for car washes in Nairobi and track your booking in real time. We connect you with independently operated car washes — we don't wash your car ourselves.
Bookings and cancellation
A booking can be cancelled free of charge any time before the wash has started (status "Booked" or "Queued"). Once a wash has begun, it can no longer be cancelled through the app — contact the wash directly.
Payment
Payments are processed via M-Pesa through PayHero. If an STK push fails or isn't approved in time, you can still pay on arrival at the wash. Prices shown at booking time are final and set by the wash operator.
No-shows
If you don't arrive for a booked and paid slot, the wash operator may treat the booking as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book with that wash in the future.
Disputes
If something goes wrong with a wash or a payment, contact us at hello@caspahub.co.ke and we'll help resolve it with the operator.
Limitation of liability
CaspaHub facilitates bookings between you and independent car wash operators. We're not liable for the quality of a wash, damage to your vehicle, or delays caused by the operator. Our liability for any issue with the booking platform itself is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
